From sign-up to your first lead — 8 steps

Follow the steps in order — it takes about 15 minutes. Below you’ll find answers to common tasks and tips for a page that sells.

1

Signing up takes a minute and commits you to nothing: the free plan is switched on automatically.

  • Click “Sign up” and enter your name, email and password.
  • If a confirmation email arrives, follow the link in it.
  • After signing in you land in your account. Pages live in the “Biolink pages” section.

Create a page and choose a theme

A page is your address on the web. Think of a short name in Latin letters: it is easy to say aloud and to print on a card.

  • Click “Create” → “Biolink page” and enter an address such as b-link.cc/anna.
  • Pick a theme — you can change it later, the content is kept.
  • In the empty editor press “Quick start” — you get a ready set of blocks that only needs filling in.
3

Add and fill in blocks

The editor has two parts: the list of blocks on the left and a phone with a live preview on the right. Every change saves itself.

  • The “Add block” button at the top opens the catalog: profile, links, prices, reviews, booking, forms and more.
  • Tap a block to change its text and photos. Photos can be cropped right in the editor.
  • Drag blocks by the handle on the left, hide extra ones with the switch; the “⋮” menu has duplicate and delete.
4

Tune the design

The “Design” tab controls the look of the whole page. Every change shows up in the preview at once.

  • Choose a theme via search or categories, then a palette below it.
  • The “Custom” button opens five colours: background, second tone, text, buttons and accent.
  • Below are the button and photo shapes, the font, a background photo and motion.
5

Check the page settings

The “Settings” tab holds everything that is not visible on the page itself but affects how it is found and opened.

  • Title and description: search engines and messengers show them when the link is shared.
  • The page address and, on a paid plan, your own domain.
  • Ad pixels, a page password and other options.
6

Turn on lead notifications

Do this before publishing so you never miss the first lead. One setting covers the whole account.

  • Open “Account” and find the “Notifications” block.
  • Email notifications are on from the start. For Telegram press “Connect”, open the bot and press Start.
  • Return to your account and confirm the connection — a test message arrives.
7

Publish and share

The page is available by its link while the “Published” switch in the editor header is on.

  • Copy the address with the button next to the page name.
  • Paste it into the “Website” field on Instagram and TikTok, your Telegram channel description and WhatsApp status.
  • Create a QR code for the page and put it on your card, door, menu or packaging.
8

Watch analytics and leads

In a week you will have the data to make the page even better.

  • The analytics icon in the editor header: visits, referrers, devices and taps.
  • The “Leads” section: all contacts and bookings, statuses and CSV export.
  • Polls, quizzes and ratings have “Results” — a summary of answers in the block menu.

Common tasks

How to take online bookings

Add the “Booking” block. Set working days, start and end time, slot length and how many people fit one slot. The customer picks a free slot and leaves a name and phone; you get a notification. Taken slots hide themselves.

How to collect leads and contacts

The simplest option is the “Phone collector” or “Email collector” block. To get more contacts, offer something in return: a quiz with a result, a price calculator, a coupon or a wheel of fortune. Every contact lands in the “Leads” section.

How to connect Telegram

Open “Account” → “Notifications”, press “Connect Telegram”, go to the bot and press Start. Return to the site and confirm the connection. From then on every lead from all your pages arrives in the chat with the bot.

How to connect your own domain

On a paid plan open the “Domains” section and add your domain. At your domain registrar create the record shown in the hint of that section. Once it is verified, select the domain in the page settings.

How to make a QR code

Open the “QR codes” section, press “Create”, paste the page address, choose colours and add a logo if you like. Download the file and send it to print. The QR leads to the page, so you can change its content without reprinting.

How to refresh an old page

Open the page in the editor, go to the “Design” tab and pick a theme. Blocks and texts stay where they are. If you don’t like the result, the bottom of the tab has a button that returns the classic look.

Five tips for a page that sells

  • The first screen decides everything: a photo, one line about how you help and one main button.
  • Keep it to 7–9 blocks. The most important goes on top, the rest goes down or into the FAQ.
  • Add proof: reviews, numbers, before / after photos, client logos.
  • One call to action per page: a booking or a lead. Everything else helps people get there.
  • Check the analytics once a week and remove what nobody taps.

Frequently asked questions

Telegram notifications don’t arrive. What should I do?

Make sure you pressed Start in the bot and confirmed the connection in “Account”. Email notifications arrive in any case, and every lead is saved in the “Leads” section.

How do I change the page address?

On the “Settings” tab of the editor. The old link stops working, so update it in your social profiles and printed materials.

Can I have several pages?

Yes. The number of pages depends on your plan — the limits are listed on the “Pricing” page.

How do I hide a block without deleting it?

Turn off the switch on the block card in the editor. The block stays in the list but visitors won’t see it.

How do I see the page as a customer?

The editor always shows a phone with a live preview on the right, and you can switch the screen width above it. The “Open” button in the header shows the page in a new tab.

How do I make the page in two languages?

Create a separate page for each language and link them with buttons at the top. Duplicating the page is a handy way to make the copy.
